Patient Care Tech Tuition Payment Options

Tuition for Patient Care Technician Program is $3,600. This include your textbook, workbook, uniform, ID badge and access to the course. You have the following options to satisfy your tuition costs. Please note your deadline to select your payment option is one week prior to your start date. Failure to select a payment option before the deadline may result in deferment or termination from the program.

Pay Through H.E.R.O

  • 1. There is a minimum $500 deposit required
  • 2. Payments for the DAY COURSE will be $245.83 per week for 12 weeks
  • 3. Payments for the EVENING COURSE will be $155.26 per week for 19 weeks.
  • 4. Weekly payments will start the first week of class.
  • 5. Payments are subject to change if you put a larger deposit down.

Fortify

  • 1. A deposit of $400 will go directly to HERO Institute and $3,050 will be financed through Fortify at $260.93/month for 13 months.
  • 2. Fortify will not run a credit check.
  • 3. Payments start 30 days after deposit is made.
  • 4. Fortify will have a Financing Fee of $152. 50
  • 5. Fortify has a 0.0999% interest rate.
  • 6. Payments start 30 days after deposit is made.

  • 1. Must apply for funding in your county of residence noted on your state ID.
  • 2. Must receive SNAP/TANF benefits OR received unemployment OR be unemployed OR be considered low income.
  • 3. H.E.R.O is not responsible for your approval, but we collaborate with your local WorkSource office to start your education once you are approved for funding. Funding can take 4-6 weeks for approval if you qualify. See your local office information and apply HERE or call us for guidance 770-726-3577
  • 4. WIOA will pay for the entire course and all the items required for the course.
